Lindsay Jencsik is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in government contract accounting, with a focus on growth and learning. She has spent 5 years as COO of a small consulting business and 15 years as an ERP implementation consultant , leading and participating in various projects including implementations, conversions, integrations, and training. Passionate about helping others reach their full potential, Lindsay is dedicated to personal growth and development, and is certified as an Intermediate Coach by the Executive College of Coaching and a Level 1 Master Coach through Next Jump. Lindsay holds a B.S.B.A in Accounting/MIS from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a M.B.A. from Auburn University.
