We do things every day that prevent other people from giving us the truth. This is a 13-week (1-hour per week) program tailored to help you discover your truth-preventing behaviors and dial them down.
This training, done as a team, will help you navigate conflict, build more authentic relationships, and be a stronger decision-maker.
Module 2 is a 13-week program (1hr per week) designed to reduce the preemptive behaviors that make it difficult for us to take risks.
When it comes to judgement, our ability to pattern recognize is a double-edged sword. As adults, we have developed a refined ability to make decisions, but it naturally causes us to take less risk. For children, risk-taking is more inherent, but they have not seen enough patterns to make the best judgements.
Module 2 helps you look back at the past, get to the root of these patterns and start to take action to dial them down.
As an individual, this training helps make you a bolder decision-maker - helping you navigate looking back to improve your ability to look forward to the future. In groups, this becomes more impactful - empowering innovation and taking risks as a team.

When we lack these two skills, arguments can often be seen as an unproductive use of time. Instead, we tend to defer to an "expert," seek more data, or use other risk-mitigating approaches in an attempt to bring more clarity to the problem. Unfortunately, this approach often leads to the opposite of our intentions: decisions are made slowly, extreme risk aversion, playing it safe, and indecisiveness. However, by developing these skills, we can establish the foundation of effective risk taking.
This is a 13-week program. 1 hour per week. Limited homework outside of class.
Module 4 is a 13-week course that delves into the essence of effective decision-making, emphasizing the principle that true momentum is achieved through a sequence of seven well-informed choices.
In just one hour per week, participants will gain a profound understanding of how to break free from the common tendency to limit themselves to a single opportunity.
Instead, they will learn to master the art of goal setting, navigate strategic risks, and develop the skills needed to build sustainable success.
Always Be Training (ABT) is a year-long program dedicated to enhancing your leadership and decision-making abilities with just one hour per week.
Each ABT is meticulously tailored to meet the unique needs and objectives of each group, with a consistent coach providing guidance throughout. Our primary focus is on enhancing participants' decision-making prowess, conflict resolution abilities, and strategic risk-taking skills.
